Can I install custom Moodle plugins on my managed instance?
Yes, on all plans. We install and maintain plugins from the official Moodle plugin directory; tell us which plugins you need during onboarding and we handle the compatibility check against your Moodle version.
Which plans include LDAP or SSO integration?
Pro and above. We connect Moodle to your LDAP directory or SAML/OIDC identity provider so learners authenticate with their existing credentials.
How many active users can each plan support?
Starter covers 100 users, Pro covers 500, Business covers 2,000, and Enterprise is unlimited on dedicated resources. Active users are counted as enrolled learners with course activity in the billing period.
Does managed Moodle support SCORM and H5P content?
Yes. All plans include SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI (Tin Can) tracking. H5P interactive content works on Pro and above; we pre-install the H5P plugin so you can upload .h5p files directly in the course editor.
